I’ve Gotta Fixation

I am excited to announce that the creator of the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme is releasing her very own cookbook!

Autumn Calabrese has taken her simple color-coded container system used in the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme programs that measure perfect portions, and she’s applied it to 101 of her favorite recipes in the Fixate Cookbook.  You’re eating tasty, healthy foods in just the right amount.

Each Fixate recipe lists color-coded container equivalents and nutrition facts, so you can use this system for keeping proper portions and keeping your nutrition on track when you begin the 21 Day Fix, 21 Fix EXTREME, or any other fitness program or healthy lifestyle.

I am very excited about Autumn Calabrese’s latest workout 21 Day Fix Extreme coming to Beachbody in February 2015. Eek!!! I am so ready for a big challenge!

So many people, including myself, have proven that the 21 Day Fix program WORKS!  Incredible results from improved eating habits, weight loss, inches lost to increased strength <I can so do “men’s” pushups now!> and cardiovascular improvement.   My challengers in my Facebook Accountability Group have lost  4-8 total inches on hips and waist doing this program!  Awesome!

 WARNING!! <but don’t be too afraid!> The 21DFX is not for everybody or beginners. It’s a results’-driven program. The levels of workouts are more intense and the eating plan is dialed in, <no more cheats??? what the?> so I will caution that it’s best to have some sort of baseline fitness before starting this program such as 21DF, T25, Insanity and/or P90X3.

P90 Is Here! And I’m so excited!

Those who know me, know how much I like to work out! Yep. Tis true. I’m kind of a spaz about it!   Post a lot about it. Talk a lot about it……! Hi! I am a 52 year old personal trainer, NFL fanatic and Beachbody Coach, married for 33 wonderful years and just became a first time Mimi to a precious granddaughter, Ryan Jo!! Life is great!!

Thanks to my son and husband, I was introduced to the Beachbody workouts. I religiously rode my spin bike cheering them on while they tackled the P90X workouts!
